Studio Movie Grill

First timers to this SMG location (7:45 pm $6 movie on a Thursday). Beautiful building/interior - very clean. The ticket taker was helpful, nice lady in the hall, to help us find our theatre. 20 mins of Previews. Very comfortable soft recliner chairs. Ordered a chocolate shake with Oreos on top & fries. The shake was good. 4 stars because the fries were soggy, and there was no soap in the 3 sinks - ladies bathroom. Otherwise a very nice experience. I believe the ticket taker said they opened last year.

Very big theater, decent food, and great service. Everything we ate here was good - a bit over priced but that is too be expected for a movie theater. The girls working the box office and check in were very friendly and all the servers and bartenders were fast and professional. This is probably our new go to theater in the area although it is pretty expensive - the recliners are big and comfy and the screen are big and easily viable from all areas of the theater. Just FYI they do charge an automatic gratuity of 18% but they are very transparent about it verbally and on the final check which I appreciate. My only complaint is that there was something sticky wedged in the side of my seat and it got all over my bag. Otherwise a pretty great experience especially compared to some other theaters I have been to recently.

The theater is so clean and even better the staff is nothing short of amazing! Where has decent customer service gone? it is HERE! Truly exceptional. Very comfortable seating. The only 2-3 star I would give is to the food. My friend ordered Pretzel bites, they were hard, I ordered cheese fries it was cold and you can tell the fries were not made fresh and they tasted stale. The topping amount was very little compared to the amount of fries on the plate. If you could elevate your food game to that of your customer service, you would be 10 STARS!

Totally forgot about discount tickets on Tuesday!! You can tell the management at this location is supreme!! He was by the door to greet guest! It was our first time at this location and it was already a value add. He helped us get our tickets, even took our pictures. I could tell he has kids and females because he had angles!! Smiled and was kind and friendly. Once we entered the theater, it was clean and greeted by a staff immediately by the entrance. Once seated, she got our order on the way and we were hungry!!! Food was super good! I can tell me treat his employees well because it’s been a long time since I saw this type of smiles on staff’s face and willingness to serve, and COMMUNICATE with the customer. The best part is when we were leaving the theater, these folks were standing outside to direct to bathrooms and say their goodbyes!!! Why won’t I turn my phone off and be quiet during the movie and order food, and keep the theater clean by taking my trash with me and off course return!! Like Dub 😜 great job SMG!!!

From the minute my son and I walked in, it was a great experience. A nice lady helped us purchase and pick out our seats on the kiosk and directed us where to go. Theater was clean, the recliners were more comfortable than other places we've been. Our server Bryce was so kind. He made conversation with my son when he noticed his minecraft stuffed animal he brought. I had the mushroom Swiss burger with sweet potato fries and my son had the kids mini burgers and they were good.

I been going to SMG since the beginning the (Holcomb Bridge) location loved that location wish it never closed down. Tried the duluth location which was horrible. Visited this location 3 times which it was a bad experience all 3 times I was tryyto give them another chance. Last night went to see the equalizer and ordered a bunch of food appetizers and a pitcher of margarita which we always do. When we received our pitcher we noticed it was full of ice mind you for years we been ordering this we usually get at least 4 drinks this pitcher full of ice made 2 drinks. We spoke to the manager “Cameron” about it and he was so rude and dismissive like oh well it is what it is. The “manager “ acted like he didn’t care about his job and because you pre pay for everything service is horrible fries come out cold uncooked popcorn stale. I never experienced service like this at the Holcomb Bridge location. You are better off going out to eat at a restaurant and going to a regular movie theater because prepaying for horrible service and food is very disappointing!!!!!
